Teachers' Adaptability to General Curriculum Reform

The purpose of the research is to investigate lecturers' adaptability curriculum innovation and its impact on fundamental comprehensive education training. In order adapt reform, teachers must be prepared for their own role in design implementation, aware program changes values. teaching direction developing learners' capacity; skills practice student-centered strategies. adaptation depends themselves policy context each school. Research methods are mixed combining qualitative quantitative. Main data from questionnaires provided trainers. Measures collection according 3 aspects lecturers innovation. results show that 651 respondents can a medium level, most ready Some have tried actively self-study develop professional competence.
